Ruitersportcentrum de Eekwal is located in a central and quiet location a stone's throw from the shopping and entertainment center of Emmen, the Noorder Dierenpark, the indoor swimming pool Aquarena and various outdoor pools.
On the edge of the forest plot "het Noordbargerbos" it is wonderfully relaxing with equestrian, cycling and walking trails within easy reach. The riding school has, among other things, two covered riding halls of 20 x 40 meters, a spacious cozy foyer from which the operations in the riding hall can be followed. Two outdoor arenas of 20 x 40 meters, a jumping arena, spacious stables, meadows and paddocks, two lunging rings, one of which is covered and lit. All ingredients for relaxation in the equestrian field in one location.
Private lessons
Private lessons are for everyone.
Beginner, advanced, young, old, with or without your own horse!
You can opt for a private lesson as preparation for a group lesson. For example, if you start riding or have not ridden for a long time. In a short time you will learn the basics and gain more confidence. Then it's time to go into the group to make 'driving hours'.

For people with driving experience, a private lesson can be very enlightening. Sometimes individual attention can ensure that a riding problem is tackled.

For riders and amazons who ride competitions, it is possible to practice trials in a private lesson. In addition, the rider learns what to pay attention to while riding a test. On the day of the competition, the rider is more familiar with the test, the chance of success is much greater. There is a lot of practice in the lesson, but 'driving alone' is very different. This can be practiced in a private lesson.
